Students should attend class at the time schedule provided. Those who come late will not be allowed to the class without the Correspondent's permission.
Students who take leave, should submit a leave letter in the office.
Students should attend the weekly and monthly examinations of the Institute without fail. Students should read the information on the Notice board daily.
For students who are less disciplined and for those who are involving in degrading activities, actions will be taken without prior notice.
Students should switch off their mobile phones while entering into the Institute campus.
Students who cannot afford the tuition fees will receive a letter of recommendation from the head master or teacher of the school they study. Depending upon their family situation fess concession will be given.
Special coaching will be given for slow learners. Informed students should attend without fail.
We will condemn in friendship for improvement.
Students and parents need to accept the invitation from Correspondent to meet and to discuss about the quality of education, and the way to improve it.
If a student cannot be write Exam due to illness or any other reason, they can write instant exam by paying 50% of the tuition Fees.
Students should get the receipt after paying the fees. Those who are paying fees in installment should pay on or before fifth day of every month.
If a student takes leave more than 10days without leave letter or if a student not paying fees for two months their nameswill be excluded from the list.
Paid fees should not be refunded if their name excluded from list or if they are discontinued.
Other than Parents/Guardian are not allowed to contact students during the class time.
